These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Martial Arena website, applications, tournament-management system, profiles, content, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

Martial Arena is a technology platform and is not automatically the organizer, promoter, Academy, Coach, Instructor, Referee, parent, guardian, federation, or governing body of any tournament or athlete.
You may use Martial Arena only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms or if your use is authorized by a parent, lawful guardian, Academy, Coach, or other authorized person where applicable. Certain Platform features may have additional age or eligibility requirements.
Users may create accounts according to the registration options available on Martial Arena. You are responsible for:
You must not create an account using another person's identity without authorization.
Martial Arena may support different user roles, including Student/Athlete, Coach, Instructor, Academy, Referee, Tournament Organizer, or other authorized roles. Access to specific features may depend on the user's role and permissions. Martial Arena may modify, restrict, or remove access to a role where appropriate.
An individual athlete cannot directly register themselves for a tournament through Martial Arena. This rule applies regardless of the athlete's age.
Tournament registration must be completed through an Academy, Coach, Instructor, authorized organization, or other authorized person permitted by the tournament. The person or organization submitting the registration is responsible for the accuracy and authorization of the registration.
An Academy using Martial Arena is responsible for managing its athletes, providing accurate information, registering eligible athletes, selecting appropriate competition categories, obtaining required permissions, documents, and parent/guardian consent for minor athletes, and complying with tournament requirements. Martial Arena is not responsible for obtaining parental consent on behalf of the Academy unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Minor athletes may participate in martial arts competitions through an Academy, Coach, Instructor, or other authorized party. A minor athlete cannot independently register for a tournament through Martial Arena. Where parental or guardian consent is required, the Academy or other responsible party is responsible for obtaining it. The Tournament Organizer may also establish additional requirements for participation by minors.
Tournament Organizers are responsible for tournament rules, eligibility requirements, competition categories, registration requirements, required documents, parent/guardian consent requirements, medical requirements, waivers, venue, tournament operations, officials, match conduct, tournament results, and disputes relating to tournament operations. Martial Arena provides technology to facilitate tournament management and does not automatically become responsible for the organization or conduct of the tournament.
Martial Arena may provide systems for draw generation, brackets, match schedules, live fixtures, scores, results, rankings, and medal tables. Tournament information may depend on submissions by organizers, academies, coaches, or officials. Martial Arena does not guarantee error-free submissions, but where an error is reported, Martial Arena may investigate and correct information where appropriate.
Users may create profiles depending on the role available to them and must ensure that information is accurate and does not impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications or academy affiliations, falsify achievements, or mislead other users. Martial Arena may remove or restrict profiles violating these Terms.
Users may submit photographs, profile information, academy details, achievements, posts, comments, and tournament information. Users are responsible for the content they submit and must have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to submit content involving another person.
You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deliberately misleading, impersonates others, harasses, contains hateful, abusive, or sexually explicit material, promotes unlawful activities, infringes copyright/trademark, violates privacy rights, contains malware, attempts unauthorized access, manipulates tournament results, or contains spam.
Users may report content, profiles, or activities that violate these Terms through available Platform tools or by contacting martialarenasupport@gmail.com. Martial Arena may request additional information to investigate a report.
Martial Arena may restrict, suspend, or permanently block accounts for policy violations, false information, impersonation, abuse, competition manipulation, fraud, or unauthorized access. Actions may include content removal, profile restriction, feature restriction, temporary suspension, or permanent blocking without prior notice where immediate action is required for safety or security.
Where an account or content has been restricted, the affected user may contact Martial Arena to request review. Martial Arena may consider conduct, evidence, responses, and applicable policies/law to determine whether to maintain the restriction.
Martial Arena may offer verification for selected profiles or roles which may require information or documents. A verification badge or status does not guarantee future conduct, professional performance, qualifications beyond verification, reputation, safety, tournament performance, or service quality.
Martial Arena does not create or guarantee legal relationships between athletes, academies, coaches, or tournament organizers. Any such relationship is between the relevant parties, and Martial Arena is not responsible for disputes arising from them unless required by law.
Disputes relating to match decisions, referee calls, tournament rules, athlete eligibility, weigh-ins, fees, cancellations, or venue should primarily be addressed to the relevant Tournament Organizer or governing authority. Martial Arena may assist with technical or Platform-related issues where appropriate.
Where paid Services are offered, applicable prices, payment terms, and refund rules will be displayed before or during transaction. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, and users must provide accurate information.
Tournament registration fees, event fees, subscriptions, or other charges may be subject to refund/cancellation rules established by the relevant Tournament Organizer or Service provider. Unless Martial Arena is the direct recipient and responsible party, Martial Arena is not responsible for a Tournament Organizer's refund policy.
The Martial Arena name, logo, website design, software, database structure, platform functionality, trademarks, graphics, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Martial Arena. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer proprietary materials without permission.
By submitting content, you grant Martial Arena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. Users retain ownership of content they have the legal right to own.
Martial Arena may integrate or link to third-party services including payment providers, SMS providers, email providers, analytics, hosting, and social media platforms, which operate under separate terms and policies.
Martial Arena aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, updates, security incidents, technical failures, hosting issues, network problems, or events beyond reasonable control.
Martial Arena does not guarantee the accuracy, identity, qualifications, experience, conduct, or representations of every user. Users should independently verify information before relying upon it.
Martial arts participation involves physical activity and inherent risks. Martial Arena does not provide medical advice, clearance, coaching certification, or physical safety guarantees. Athletes, parents, academies, coaches, referees, and organizers remain responsible for safety and compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Martial Arena is not responsible for losses arising from actions of users, academies, coaches, referees, tournament organizers, tournament cancellations, match disputes, incorrect submissions, or third-party failures.
Users may be responsible for losses, claims, damages, or expenses arising from their violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, unauthorized submission of information, or infringement of third-party rights.
Use of Martial Arena is also governed by the Martial Arena Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled and protected.
Users may stop using Martial Arena at any time, and Martial Arena may suspend or terminate access where permitted under these Terms. Termination does not require deletion of information legally required or permitted to be retained, such as historical tournament records.
Martial Arena may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, providing appropriate notice where material changes affect users.
Martial Arena may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will include a revised "Last Updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.
Users should first contact Martial Arena to attempt to resolve Platform-related disputes. Unresolved disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms under Indian law based on the registered business location.
